Coforge Partners with Driving Forward to Expand Career Pathways for First-Generation and Under-Resourced College Students in Chicago

Coforge supports their mentorship, paves their practical learning roadmap and provide professional connections that help these students move from college to career

Princeton, NJ, USA | Greater Noida, India | October 27, 2026 – Coforge Limited (NSE: COFORGE), a global AI-native engineering services leader, supported Driving Forward, a U.S.-based nonprofit that helps first-generation and under-resourced college students successfully transition from college to career. Coforge participated as an Opportunity Sponsor at the organization’s 2026 Annual Celebration, held in Chicago.

Driving Forward helps students build practical skills, confidence and professional networks through programs that include paid internships, one-on-one mentorship and coaching, project-based learning, career-readiness training and networking opportunities. Since 2020, the organization has positively impacted nearly 280 students.

Coforge’s sponsorship reflects its commitment to expanding access to career development opportunities and supporting the next generation of professionals. The Coforge team attended the celebration, joining students, mentors, volunteers and industry leaders to recognize the impact of the program. Several Coforge employees also volunteered and some of them have been selected to serve as a Driving Forward mentor in 2027.

The 2026 Annual Celebration brought together approximately 100 attendees, including students, volunteer mentors and executives from across the healthcare and business communities.
